Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Zodiacsensitivity you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. If you accept on behalf of a company you represent that you have the authority to bind it.

You must be at least 18 years old. Zodiacsensitivity is designed for adults seeking romantic connection. You must provide accurate information and not impersonate another person.

You're responsible for the security of your phone or email used to sign in. We use industry-standard authentication (Firebase, with optional 2FA). Don't share your account or your one-time codes. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for harassment, hate speech, threats, or stalking.
• Send sexually explicit messages or imagery, or material involving minors.
• Solicit money, sell goods, or run scams of any kind.
• Impersonate another real person, including catfishing.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools against the service.
• Bypass age verification, moderation, or device-level safeguards.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract private user data.

We use both automated systems (OpenAI Moderation, Sightengine) and human review to enforce these rules. Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent ban.

You retain ownership of your photos, bio, messages, and other content you submit. By submitting them you grant Zodiacsensitivity a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and transmit that content as needed to provide the service. Photos and chat messages are only visible to your matched user and to our moderation systems. We never license your content to third parties for advertising.

Zodiacsensitivity delivers one curated match per week. After a reveal you have seven days to chat. Continuing past day seven requires both people to choose "continue" — otherwise the conversation is deleted. We don't guarantee any specific match, response, or outcome. Real human connection is your responsibility.

Some features are paid (e.g. premium chart breakdowns, $4.99 one-time or subscription). Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) under their terms; we never see your card details. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled in your platform settings. Manage or cancel any time from the in-app Subscription screen or through your platform account.

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google per their refund policy. We honor any refund Apple or Google grants and will disable the premium features for that purchase. We cannot directly refund you; please request refunds from the platform. If you need help, contact us and we'll assist where we can.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights over your data. By using the service you consent to that policy.

You can delete your account from Settings at any time. We delete permanently after a 14-day grace window. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, breach the law, or create safety risks for other users.

Astrology is provided for entertainment and reflection. We make no medical, financial, or therapeutic claims. Our matching is algorithmic and probabilistic — it isn't a guarantee of compatibility, attraction, or future relationship outcome. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zodiacsensitivity is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the service won't exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits; in those, the limits apply only to the extent permitted.

We may update these terms. We'll notify you of material changes via email or in-app banner. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Zodiacsensitivity is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration to the extent permitted, except either party may bring a small-claims action in their local courts.
